We're excited to meet you and help you reach your skincare goals! 

 A confirmation email will arrive shortly if you've just booked and landed here.

Please read our policies below- so you're well versed.

ALL BOOKING FEES (PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS "DEPOSITS") ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Deposits and Booking fees are one and the same- you will see the terms used throughout our policies via website and email.

30 DAY CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED TO CLIENTS WHO REQUEST A CHANGE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO BOOKED APPOINTMENT. 

WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD CREDITS OVER 30 DAYS.

ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE WITH CONTACTING US VIA PHONE OR TEXT (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) OR EMAIL (INFO@GLAMBODYSUGARING.COM) WITH A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR A 30 DAY CREDIT APPLIED TO THEIR ACCOUNT, OR FOR RESCHEDULE REQUESTS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT SOCIAL MEDIA REQUESTS, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA PHONE OR EMAIL ONLY.

OUR POLICY IS STATED HERE ON OUR WEBSITE, AND IN ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION VIA YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND APPOINTMENT REMINDERS.

WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY CHECKING OUR "TERMS AND AGREEMENT" BOX PRIOR TO PROCESSING PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPHOLD OUR POLICIES, 100% OF THE TIME, IN ALL INSTANCES.

A 20% Gratuity will AUTOMATICALLY be added to any service over $150. 

Rescheduling Fees will be due at the next available invoice if not paid in advance.  

COSMETIC TATTOOING POLICIES & COSMETIC TATTOO PACKAGES

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED - APPLICABLE TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS!

The artist takes each and every appointment very seriously & hopes you will consider all standards & regulations prior to booking your appointments. All cosmetic tattoo service deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A 3 hour time slot is taken for each appointment, in which a thorough consult, detailed shaping, and quality service is provided,  so the artist asks each client to be sure of their decision in booking with us before booking this or any appointment. Cosmetic Tattooing sessions may be rescheduled a minimum of 7 days before the service, ONE time. Any cancellations after booking, and the deposit is forfeited.  We at Glam Body keep the deposit price minimal to allow clients an easy booking process, and because of this policy, we ask that you as a client respect our policies. Thank you for understanding. 

Common Courtesy Policy:

We treat each and every client with the utmost respect. If you use any foul language over the phone, via text, or in-suite, you will be banned from booking. If you become aggressive or use threats on our staff or our business name- the same rules apply. Any upcoming service will be canceled and the deposit associated forfeited. Please be aware of our policies before booking and read the courtesy emails. All calls are recorded and will be forwarded to our legal team, law enforcement, and merchant communications.

Packages

All sugaring packages must be booked out no more than 6 weeks apart, to keep loyalty pricing and status. Unless our staff has directly agreed that your sessions need to be spaced further out than 6 weeks- you are liable to keep your loyalty pricing and status by keeping consistent. If you book out after 6 weeks- the service will be more lengthy and painful, as the root has been allowed to reattach- and you will lose loyalty status and be charged the remaining balance for that service in your package of the difference from loyalty to newbie pricing.

All packages must be completed in 12 months, and cannot be rolled over. 

If you no show call or text, or late reschedule an appointment-  you will not lose the session, a $25 charge will be assessed and added to your next invoice at your next booked appointment. 

For VIP service- please rebook your appointments either in suite at checkout or call/text your Glam Body location for our next available slot. 

Laser Packages- we will never work on tanned skin, whether by the sun or sunless spray tan. You must be honest with us about your latest sun activity at every appointment to avoid serious complications such as burns, hyper or hypopigmentation. If you arrive to a booked appointment with a fresh tan or spray tan, your appointment will be canceled- you will need to wait 4 weeks for your next appointment to allow the tan to completely subside, and a $50 fee will be assessed.

If you no show-no call or text, or late reschedule an appointment-  you will not lose the session, a $25 charge will be assessed and added to your next invoice at your next booked appointment. 

Laser Hair Removal packages are not interchangeable per area- nor can you pass your package over to anyone else.

Laser Hair Removal Packages are sold in a package of 6 and expire one year after purchase. 

If you have received 100% hair reduction in 5 sessions- your last session can be used as a one year touch up.

ALL OTHER SERVICES:
If you need to reschedule an already existing appointment, you can carry your deposit over to the new appointment 1 time within 30 days. A minimum 48 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CARRY OVER THE DEPOSIT. However, if you reschedule  more than the 1 time, you will be required to pay another deposit.  A 30 day credit will be applied to your account with an expiration date. This date is 30 days from your original booking. If requested- we can send you a text with your expiration date for your records. We are unable to hold deposits longer than 30 days. We request all clients to be sure of the date requested prior to booking to minimize rescheduling.

SUGARING CLIENTS:

Due to the intimate nature of some our services, please arrive at your appointment freshly bathed. We do supply sanitary wipes to freshen up before your service, while getting undressed.

All sugaring clients must have a minimum of  3 weeks of hair growth for full hair removal. If you are unsure of how much hair you need for each particular service, please read our sugaring FAQ's, call, text or email us and we will be happy to help guide you. If you book this service, and do not have the required hair growth, we will either remove what we can (if possible) or your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited and you will have to reschedule your appointment again. Our time as well as yours in valuable,  and we thank you for your understanding.

We require every client to stop and take a second to be sure their service went as expected and all hairs are removed.

 If some hairs have been left over, please let us know before leaving. We have  48 hour grace period to come in for any extra hairs.

**Due to the nature of this treatment we must take into consideration the safety of our therapists and expect professional behavior on the part of our clients. If at any point inappropriate comments or actions occur on the part of the client, the therapist will abruptly end the treatment. In these cases the client will be asked to leave the premises and payment in full will be taken from the card used to secure the booking. We would not rebook this client for future appointments and may notify the police if appropriate. The client will be asked to sign a form upon arrival declaring that they are aware of this policy.

At this time- we only provide Brazilian sugaring services to female anatomy. We are not trained in male anatomy, we're very sorry for any inconvenience.

BRAZILIAN SUGARING CLIENTS:

We offer a discounted loyalty program for our clients who keep consistent and return for their Brazilian sugaring maintenance within 6 weeks time.

If you prebook with us you will all save an extra 10% at checkout. 

Any return after 6 weeks will be considered a newbie and will be charged accordingly.

Our system will automatically filter out any clients who book a loyalty service after the 6 week mark and adjust the appointment. 

Any client who is a new client to Glam Body for Brazilian sugaring services will be considered a Newbie, even if you've waxed elsewhere.

We consider any client a newbie after 6 weeks as that's when the root becomes fatter under the skin, causing a longer service time, its more uncomfortable for you! It's like the first time all over again!

Keep consistent to enjoy our loyalty pricing and a quicker pain-free session.

CONSENT FORMS:  

To make your appointment run as smoothly as possible, please fill out the corresponding form prior to your appointment.

LATE POLICY: 

We at Glam Body offer a courtesy 10-minute grace period for our guests. Keep in mind, although we do provide a generous grace period, your appointment does start at the scheduled time, not at your time of arrival if late, and your appointment time may be cut short.

Running over this time not only disrupts your service, but runs into the next client's service and that is not fair to them.  We pride ourselves in giving personalized 1: 1 luxury service to every client, every time. It also adds unnecessary stress to your esthetician to finish your service in time. When your are late, a few things will happen.

If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $20 charge will be assessed and included on your final invoice.

If you're very late (over 15) your appointment will be canceled ( you will be notified via our online system through text) and not rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. You can book another appointment online.

If you're late (within 10 minutes) you will be told your service will be cut short, and you will still be charged for the service you booked.

We do have some services that are only 10 mins, so please be courteous to not only our staff but to the client scheduled immediately after you. We offer this 10-minute grace period as a courtesy, and as a cherished client, should be used sparingly. Please let us know if you think you will be running late within a reasonable time frame, so we can try to accommodate you as best we can.

SERVICE CHANGES:

If you have booked one service, and decide you want to change the service please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance, so we can make the appropriate time slot changes needed to accommodate our clientele and help your service run smoothly. If you fail to let us know 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will still be responsible for your original scheduled appointment fee, plus any services added. 

 

BOOKING/DEPOSITS: 

When you book an appointment with us, your specified date and time slot are reserved especially for you. This means there will rarely be a wait time. We do not double-book.  ALL services require a deposit to hold your time slot. This is to ascertain you are serious about your appointment. All deposits made online are through a valid credit card or debit card. All deposits are applied to your scheduled appointment and include tax. Upon completion of your service, the remaining balance plus tax is due. If you would prefer to leave a cash deposit, you can visit our boutiques during business hours, and we will be happy to assist you.

In the event you no show, cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment after our time boundary (48 hours for esthetic services, 7 days for cosmetic tattooing) your deposit fee will be forfeited. By booking with us- you agree to these terms- as they are listed multiple times and you must click agree to terms before proceeding with booking and in all forms of communication. We do not offer refunds on deposits or booking fees. In the event a refund is processed, the 4% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount processed. Refunds take 5-7 days to be processed, please check with your bank on their timeframe for deposits.

All fraudulent claims or disputes to services rendered or claims made after booking because of no shows or late arrivals with a bank/ credit card merchant will lead to legal proceedings and a claim registered with local authorities as well as your information sent to our debt collections agency partner. ALL Communication is recorded, and any camera footage from our boutique will be used for court proceedings by our debt collection agency partner. 

There are NO exclusions to this rule.

 

PARTIES

Parties of  3+ individuals who book same day bookings either simulataneously or back to back, will need to leave a deposit. These parties cannot be rescheduled due to large booking times of minimum 3+ hours. Any cancellation after booking will result in a forfeiture of deposit. There are no exclusions to this rule.

CLIENTS WITH 3 + NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION

As of January 1, 2022- Clients who either late cancel or no show to 3 booked appointments will be BLOCKED from any and all booking reservations with Glam Body Sugaring Boutique LLC as well as any other phone, text or email communications. Our system will automatically filter out these clients and Block accordingly. We respect our clients and are present for each and every shift unless under extreme weather or sickness, and alert our clients if an unforeseen calamity arises with more than 48 hours notice- we expect the same respect and due diligence by a call or text from our clientele base.

IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL AFTER THE 48 HOUR TIME BOUNDARY, YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS!



As a Courtesy, Glam Body Sugaring Boutique LLC sends out system generated emails & texts after booking your appointment and 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. These courtesy emails and texts are system generated and NOT guaranteed. It is YOUR responsibility to keep up with your appointment!

If you are more than a 10 minutes late to your appointment and do not call by the 10 minute mark, you will be refused and your deposit forfeited. You will need to leave a new deposit to schedule your next appointment. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!

 KERATIN LASH LIFT:

Lash Lifts are done on REAL lashes, that are alive and a part of the human body. Natural Lashes are not lash extensions and therefore we can only work with what you have. Due to the fact that lashes are a part of your living breathing body, immune system, diet and hormones all effect how your lash lift will take, As technicians, we have no idea prior to your lash lift how your body will assimilate the product. Some lashes may lift more than others, and differently on each side and has to do with your own chemical makeup. Please look over your lash lift ( and tint) completely upon completion, as upon your approval, service will be over and we will not do any do overs as it will cause your lashes to be compromised. ALL RESULTS VARY. We will take before and after pictures to show you your immediate result.  Lash lifts are NOT TO BE WET for 48 hours, doing so can make them to go straight or even get wavy, Please follow our aftercare completely.

COVID POLICY:​

We have all been deeply affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic- and we deeply sympathize with those who continue to be affected. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer gracious courtesy reschedules for Covid-19 related illness. Any Reschedule Request after our 48 hour time boundary is subject to our policy and will incur a fee to reschedule.

COSMETIC TATTOOING:

 Only 40-60%  percent of the pigment will retain on the skin after the treated area has healed therefore we highly recommend booking a touch up appointment to ensure results. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare, and the client will be charged accordingly . 

​To ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final. After leaving our boutique we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our boutique will result in extra charges. After your service, you will be given a lighted LED mirror and ample time to review the work completed, any additional changes must be expressed during your appointment time. We will not carry out any additional work until 28 days have passed from your appointment, as scarring of the skin will occur.

During your touch-up I will only touch up what needs to be darker to improve the evenness of color throughout the brow. This touch-up does not cover changing the shape of your brows in any way, shape, or form. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your touch up appointment you will be have pay for the services accordingly.

 

We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients because everyone's skin takes differently to permanent make up. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service. 

COSMETIC TATTOO TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS:

Microblading Touch Up Appointments must be booked 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment.If you go over the 8 week mark, you will be charged a $25 fee per month after your required touch up date. Cosmetic Tattooing is not complete until you finish your touch up/ perfecting session.All Pricing is subject to increase without notice, and to lock in pricing, we suggest booking your touch up directly after your initial session in suite.Touch up services are touch ups of any area that is within the original shape you chose at your first session. 

 

Powder and Ombre Touch Ups can be delayed up to 4 months after the initial service date.

 

All Touch Up appointments have a fee, are not free or included with the initial service price, and require a deposit to reserve your appointment.

GUEST POLICY:

Please arrive for your scheduled appointment alone. No other person will be allowed into the treatment room other than the scheduled client, and their technician. We have limited space and seating, and can only accommodate 1 scheduled client per appointment.  

Children are not allowed at the boutique, due to our insurance policy. Thank you for understanding,
