CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellation, appointment date or time change, reschedule or service change. 48 hours is 2 full days (48 hours) from the date of your appointment.

Example: Your appointment is on July 18th at 2:45 pm.

We need notice no later than July 16th at 2:45pm.

Any changes to the appointment time AFTER our 48 hour time boundary- and we will impose a fee of 50% of the service price.

The booking fee to reserve an appointment with us is 50% of your service price. This booking fee is applied to your service at checkout after completion of services, and you will owe the remaining balance of 50% of your service.

If you cancel/reschedule/ no show/ no call on your appointment time and date or after our 48 hour time boundary, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will need to rebook another appointment with a new booking fee.

When booking any appointments with Glam Body Sugaring Boutique LLC, you automatically agree with our terms of service.

We reserve the right to uphold our policies 100% of the time, in all instances.

A booking fee at Glam Body Sugaring Boutique is essentially a deposit reserving your services for the date and time agreed upon when initially booking.

This date and time are reserved especially for you.

If you miss and appointment with us- your booking fee cannot be reused to reserve another appointment.

We reserve the right to uphold our policies 100% of the time.

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.

No, we do not offer refunds on Booking fees or services.

We do offer a 30 day credit. If you need to cancel your appointment, and do so online via our booking site- please reach out to us directly via call, text, or email to request a credit.

Please contact us directly so we may rebook your appointment without a new booking fee within the 30 day time frame.

It is the clients responsibility to contact Glam Body Sugaring Boutique within the 30 day period to rebook an appointment.

We do NOT hold credits after 30 days.

Services are non transferrable between clients and boutiques.

You can easily reschedule your appointment online by clicking the location on the top of our homepage. Once on our booking site, click the been here before option a the top of the page. Enter your phone number used to book your appointment and review all your past and upcoming appointment to quickly reschedule your appointment.

We DO NOT allow reschedule requests via social media or our website chat option as reschedule requests are time sensitive.

Booking fees on workshops are non refundable and non transferrable. We ask that you triple check your calendar before booking an upcoming workshop with us.

• If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or boutiques.

• Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).

• 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment after the 48 hour boundary, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

• You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Glam V Peel- If you miss your upcoming Glam V Peel appointment or need to reschedule after the 48 hours boundary- a fee of $25 will be imposed to reschedule. I

If you notice something amiss with your checkout receipt, please give us a call to rectify the issue.

If a refund is necessary- the refund will be issued in the form of payment received.

• Suspending pre-paid treatments is available to those who cannot fulfill redeeming their prepays within the expiry due to unforeseen medical conditions or required travel.

• For medical conditions, prepays can be suspended for up to 12 months.

• For required travel- prepays may be suspended up to 3 months.

• Suspending prepays is limited to 1 time per prepay package.

• Prepaid packages that are suspended will be subject to current pricing when and if there is a price increase.

• For sugaring packages that are suspended/lapsed more than 6 weeks- a $25 fee will be imposed. Sugaring packages are discounted at loyalty tiered pricing, please follow our policy to enjoy the discounted rate along with any free sessions that may be offered with your particular package.

• Supporting documentation may be requested to facilitate suspending your prepays.

• The remainder of your expiry duration will remain the same once your prepays are reinstated.

• We do not offer refunds on any pre paid packages.

We allow ONE reschedule per appointment, per booking fee. If you continuously reschedule an appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.

We reserve the right to ban any client from booking after 3 missed appointments.

We require 48 hour notice for all changes to services. This includes adding on services or downgrading services.

if you advise after the 48 hour mark of a downgrade to service, you will be responsible for the service initially booked.

We do!

We kindly ask for all sugaring and laser services to book around your period. This may mean knowing your cycle.

We do not consider Aunt Flo to be a valid reason for rescheduling after our 48 hour window without incurring a fee.

We graciously accept all clients currently menstruating, as long as a fresh tampon or cup is inserted.

We have a complimentary freshen up station available at all boutiques with feminine wash, tampons, feminine napkins, feminine spray and wipes to help you feel as comfortable as possible during your treatment time with us.

We have a 10 minute grace period.

Your service starts at the time scheduled, not at the time you arrive if you're tardy, and your appointment may be cut short and full service price will be due at checkout. We expect all consent forms to be filled out prior to arrival, especially if you're late.

Any arrival after our 10 minute grace period will incur a fee of $20 added to the final invoice.

If you arrive very late-over 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited. You will need to make a new appointment with a new booking fee.

Glam Body Sugaring Boutique does not offer refunds. In the event we do process a refund, The merchant fee will be deducted from the original amount processed. We use Stripe for online payments and booking fees and Square for processing payments inside of our boutiques. As of 2023- both Square and Stripe have stopped refunding merchant fees processed- no matter the reason. In the event we do go against our policy and offer a refund instead of a credit, we will pass the 4% fee fee directly to the customer, and the amount refunded will be minus the 4% fee. We thank you for your support and understanding.

All services can be rescheduled by the client one time per appointment within 30 days of their paid deposit. If a client continually reschedules an appointment, the booking system will automatically cancel the upcoming appointment, forfeit your deposit, and require a new deposit to book a new appointment. These terms are in every confirmation email, and you agree to these terms when booking.
